About Us
The Mamelodi Project is a nonprofit organization that seeks to promote a positive vision of Africa through a variety of educational and artistic means.  Our primary focus is currently our upcoming documentary focusing on the South African township of Mamelodi.

During the course of 7 weeks, we interviewed more than 10 different community-based organizations in Mamelodi as well as countless individuals (entrepreneurs, students, artists, teachers, and more).


Our goal is to create a feature-length documentary focused on community-based development in the township
